All of our calls are backed for life with a limited lifetime warranty. All normal wear and tear is covered under our warranty. 

Retunes are also free and we are happy to do those at any time for you. 

You will be responsible for shipping the call to us and including your order form (receipt) in the box. The order form will be emailed to you after you purchase the repair/retune. 

The $10.00 is to cover the shipping back to you after we are done re-tuning or repairing your call. In the additional notes section please provide details about your call and the services you need done on it.
